I lost my favorites!

Sorry to hear that. All favorites are stored locally on your device and reinstalling the app will remove them. Unfortunately, we cannot recover favorites after the app has been reinstalled.

Do I need to be online to use Brain Candy?

You need to be online to download content initially, but then it will be saved on your device for offline use.

How do I report bugs or technical issues?

Please email us at braincandyapp@proton.me with details about the issue you're experiencing, including your device model and operating system version.

Is there a way to back up my favorites?

Currently, there is no built-in backup feature. If there is enough interest, we may implement this in the future.
